1. Method of Delivery
1.1 Electronic Delivery via Email
Once your e-Visa application has been approved by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the approved e-Visa (in PDF format) will be delivered directly to the email address you provided during the application process.
The delivery of the e-Visa is considered complete once the approved document is successfully sent to the applicant’s provided email address or made available for download on our platform.
1.2 Direct Download
You may also be able to download your e-Visa directly from our website by logging into your account or using the "Check Status" feature with your application reference number.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
The delivery time depends on the processing type selected during your application. While we strive to process applications as quickly as possible, the final approval lies with the Azerbaijani government.

4. Non-Receipt of Delivery
If you have not received your e-Visa within the estimated timeframe:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails sometimes end up in spam folders.
- Verify Your Email Address: Ensure the email address provided in your application was correct.
- Check Application Status: Use our website to check the current status of your application.
- Contact Support: If you cannot locate your visa, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.
5. File Format and Printing
- Format: The e-Visa is delivered as a PDF file. You will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to view it.
- Printing: You must print your e-Visa and keep a hard copy with your passport while traveling. It is also recommended to save a digital copy on your mobile device.
