All payments made on evisa.org.az are securely processed through PAŞA Bank's certified payment gateway. evisa.org.az does not store, process, or have access to users' credit/debit card details. All payment data is handled in accordance with international PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security standards by PAŞA Bank.
Fee Structure
The total fee for Azerbaijan e-Visa services consists of:
- Government Fee: The official fee charged by the Republic of Azerbaijan for e-Visa processing
- Service Fee: The fee charged by evisa.org.az for visa assistance, application review, and support services
Government Fee Non-Refundable
The government fee portion of your payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once your application has been submitted to the Azerbaijani government authorities, the government fee cannot be recovered or refunded, regardless of the outcome of your application. This includes cases where:
- The visa application is denied
- The applicant cancels the application after submission
- The applicant provides incorrect or incomplete information
- The applicant no longer wishes to travel
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and accept that the government fee is non-refundable.

Chargeback Policy
Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and could result in additional verification procedures.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights to initiate a chargeback in accordance with applicable card network rules.
Consequences of Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback, evisa.org.az reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate any pending visa applications associated with the account
- Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any administrative fees incurred
- Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant fraud prevention databases and authorities
- Take legal action to recover losses, including attorney fees and court costs
- Permanently ban the user from accessing evisa.org.az services
Dispute Resolution
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of the transaction. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing disputes promptly and fairly without the need for chargeback proceedings.
Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Liability Exemptions
evisa.org.az is responsible only for submitting the Azerbaijan e-Visa application on behalf of the applicant and cannot be held responsible for the result of said application, as approval is subject to the Azerbaijani government's authorization. evisa.org.az cannot be held responsible for e-Visa application results that are produced from providing erroneous information or from a mistake made by the applicant.
evisa.org.az is not liable should the applicant receive a visa denial due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Additionally, in the case that the applicant's e-Visa is denied by the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he/she accepts that neither the Azerbaijani Government nor evisa.org.az is required to provide a reason.
evisa.org.az reserves the right to cancel the registration of any applicant and to delete their personal information and application if he or she:
- Disregards, changes, or omits any part of the required procedure for registration
- Does not meet eligibility requirements and is therefore considered unsuitable to complete the online application
- Gives fraudulent or erroneous personal information
- Participates in any unlawful activity
Sanctions and Restricted Countries
Compliance with International Sanctions
evisa.org.az is committed to complying with all applicable international sanctions, export controls, and trade restrictions imposed by the United Nations, European Union, United States, United Kingdom, and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Prohibited Users
evisa.org.az does not provide services to:
- Individuals or entities listed on any applicable sanctions list, including but not limited to the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, EU Consolidated List, or UN Security Council Sanctions List
- Citizens or residents of countries subject to comprehensive sanctions that prohibit the provision of services

Screening and Verification
evisa.org.az reserves the right to screen applications against international sanctions databases. If an applicant is found to be a sanctioned individual or entity, or if there is reasonable suspicion of sanctions evasion:

- No refund will be provided
- The matter may be reported to relevant authorities
User Representation
By using evisa.org.az, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not a sanctioned individual or entity
- You are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned individual, entity, or government
- The funds used for payment are not derived from or associated with any sanctioned country, individual, or entity
- Your travel to Azerbaijan does not violate any applicable sanctions or trade restrictions
Prohibition

Waiver of Class Action
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against evisa.org.az.
Language
