3. Detailed Refund Conditions

If you cancel your application before it has been submitted to the Azerbaijan government:
- You are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid

3.2 Visa Application Denied
If your e-Visa application is denied by the Government of Azerbaijan:
- You are entitled to a full refund of the service fee
- The government fee is non-refundable
- You must provide proof of denial (denial notification email/document)
- Refund request must be made within 30 days of the denial date
Note: evisa.org.az is not responsible for visa denials resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements
- Previous immigration violations
- Security or background check issues
3.3 Visa Application Approved
Once your e-Visa application is approved:
- No refund is available for any fees
- This applies even if you decide not to travel
- This applies even if your travel plans change
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that evisa.org.az will begin processing immediately. Approved e-Visas are typically issued within 3–72 hours.
3.4 Cancellation After Submission
If you request cancellation after your application has been submitted to the government:
- No refund is available for any fees
- The government fee has already been transferred to authorities
- Our service has been rendered by submitting your application
4. Special Refund Circumstances
4.1 Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment:
- You are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount
- Contact us immediately with transaction details
- Refund will be processed within 72 hours of verification
4.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error on our part prevents your application from being processed:
- You are entitled to a full refund of all fees
- Alternatively, we may resubmit your application at no additional cost

- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay resolution and may require additional verification procedures.
- In cases of suspected fraudulent chargebacks, evis.ma reserves the right to investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and card network rules.
- Nothing in this policy limits or restricts a customer’s statutory rights to initiate a chargeback under Visa, Mastercard, or applicable consumer protection regulations.
10. Waiver of Claims
By using evisa.org.az services and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you:
- Acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy
- Waive the right to pursue legal action against evisa.org.az for refund disputes outside this policy
- Agree not to hold evisa.org.az, its employees, shareholders, or agents accountable for application outcomes determined by the Azerbaijan government
