Azerbaijan Embassy in Hungary

The Budapest embassy concentrates on consular work outside the eVisa scope: sticker visas in long-stay categories, passport and identity services for Azerbaijani citizens in Hungary, notarial acts, legalisation of Hungarian-issued documents for use in Azerbaijan, and emergency assistance for nationals.

For a holiday or a business trip, Hungarian travellers do not need to attend the embassy — the Azerbaijan eVisa is issued online and delivered by email, normally within three business days. The Budapest mission is the appropriate channel only for longer-term visa categories or for legalising Hungarian documents for use in Azerbaijan. Hungary's eVisa-eligible status keeps embassy interactions limited to a small share of travellers.
